Caroline graduated from Oxford with an MA in Modern Languages (French and German) and worked in television as a journalist, presenter and producer/director before specialising in communications and directing PR and marketing strategies for architects, designers, art consultants and technology, energy and FMCG consumer brands.
Caroline set up her own agency - Caroline Collett PR Ltd - in 1998, after working full-time for clients in-house. Clients and journalists benefit from direct access to Caroline at all times; work is never passed down the line to juniors, as in larger agencies. Caroline divides her time between her home office in Lyme Regis and her clients' offices in London, Bristol and the south of France.
